pasta. I've only been able to have it once without purging it.
and steak. I ALWAYS end up purging steak.

For me personally steak has protein so I dont purge that. And Pasta I have never tried purging!

I'm using laxatives to purge nowadays and I can't stand to think I have food in my body. So any food that won't be absorbed makes me purge. Vegetables or anything with fiber.

If I eat chip's or sweets they must go! I like purging sweets cause it doesn't taste bad .
