I'm just under 5'10 (177 cm) and about 130 lbs (not sure, been too scared to weigh lately), so my first goal is back to 120, then 115, then under 110 and then see further..never managed to get under 110, only got to 113 so I really need to stop this binge cycle

cw: 92 lbs.
hw: 125 lbs.
lw: 80 lbs.
gw: 90 lbs.
ugw: honestly 75 lbs but i know i can't sustain that so idk what i'm doing right now.
